Yes. The consultation fee is applied to the service total if you book and receive the recommended service the same day. If you choose to schedule later, the fee is retained to compensate the specialist's time and expertise.
No washing is required, but clean hair helps assessment accuracy. If you prefer, arrive with recently washed, dry hair and minimal product so we can clearly evaluate your roots, scalp condition, and loc integrity.
