The membership includes a monthly retwist or maintenance session, scalp assessment, light cleansing, styling touch-ups, priority booking, and member discounts. Additional services or extensions may incur fees; exact inclusions depend on the selected membership tier and your loc needs.

Members book through our online scheduler or by phone using the membership code; you'll receive priority slots before general booking opens. To reschedule, contact us within the allowed notice period to retain your priority appointment without penalties.

You can pause or cancel with a 30-day notice; cancellations stop future charges after the notice. No refunds for fulfilled sessions, but unused prepaid sessions may be handled per policy. Contact customer care to discuss pauses or account changes.

Choose a tier based on loc maturity: starter tiers suit new locs needing gentle care, routine retwist tiers for established locs, and intensive maintenance for thick or high-manage styles. We'll recommend the best plan during your initial consultation.

Basic maintenance products such as sample cleansers or conditioners may be included with certain tiers; full-size products are typically sold separately. Members receive exclusive product discounts and tailored recommendations to maintain loc health between appointments.

If you miss an appointment, notify us ASAP. Depending on your membership tier and notice given, you may reschedule with retained priority or incur a missed-appointment fee. Repeated no-shows could affect membership privileges.
