This service includes a gentle shampoo, a hydrating conditioner and a professional blow dry using low heat. It cleanses, detangles and smooths hair; please note it does not include hot tool styling, chemical treatments or additional braiding work.
Appointments typically take 45 to 75 minutes depending on hair length, thickness and detangling needs. Allow extra time for heavy buildup or intensive conditioning. We’ll give an estimated duration when you book to help plan your visit.
We use low to moderate heat during blow drying to protect hair integrity. No hot tools like flat irons or hot combs are used in this service. If you need high-heat styling, please book a separate styling appointment.
Yes — we can shampoo and gently condition braided or extended hair, but blow-dry results vary. For tightly braided styles we focus on scalp cleansing and careful drying without manipulating the braids to preserve their longevity.
We select professional, sulfate-free shampoos and nourishing conditioners suited to your hair type, including hydrating and strengthening formulas. Tell your stylist about sensitivities or allergies and we’ll choose fragrance-free or gentle alternatives when available.
Please arrive with dry, unstyled hair unless instructed otherwise. Starting with dry hair allows us to properly assess condition, detangle and perform a thorough shampoo-and-condition routine before the professional blow dry.
